Neulash how to use

Apply nightly to the base of the upper eyelashes. Continue using neuLash to maintain the condition and appearance of your lashes once desired results are achieved. Apply every other day if a mild tingling sensation occurs.

Caution: For external use only. Avoid direct contact with the eye. If irritation occurs, rinse with cool water and discontinue use. Consult with your physician if you are pregnant or nursing, being treated for any eye-related disorder, or actively undergoing cancer treatment. Keep out of reach of children.

How long does it take to see an improvement in the appearance of my lashes?
Our efficacy tests have shown it takes approximately 3 – 4 weeks before you can see a noticeable improvement in the appearance of eyelashes.

Does using neuLash twice a day get faster results?
No. neuLash is designed to deliver the appearance of healthier, luxurious looking lashes with just a once a day application and additional daily applications are neither necessary nor recommended.

What if I forget to apply neuLash at night?
If you forget and skip an application in the evening, apply product in the morning. However, a consistent routine is the key to faster, results.

How long will one container of neuLash last?
If applied according to directions, one 3.2 ml container of neuLash should last approximately 2 months and one 6 ml container of neuLash should last approximately 4 months.

Is neuLash safe to use?
neuLash has been ophthalmologist and dermatologist tested and found to be safe and non-irritating. However, none of the study subjects were pregnant or breast feeding. If you are pregnant or breast feeding, please consult with your physician before using this product. As with any cosmetic product, some individuals may be allergic to one or more of the ingredients in the formulation. If you suspect an allergic reaction, discontinue use and consult with your physician immediately.

Can men use neuLash?
The product is unisex and the formula is clear and transparent which makes it ideal for men to use as well.

What happens if I stop using neuLash?
Once you have achieved the desired appearance of lashes, it is recommended you continue to use neuLash 2-3 times a week to maintain the appearance and condition.

What should I do if I accidentally get neuLash in my eyes?
In the event of direct contact with eye, rinse the eye with plenty of water. If irritation from direct contact occurs and persists, consult with your physician immediately.

Is it normal to experience some tingling on my lash line when I apply neuLash?
Some consumers have reported experiencing a mild sensation upon application. It should improve within a few minutes and with continuous use you should no longer experience this mild tingling. If the tingling persists or the sensation is associated with redness and/or irritation, discontinue use and consult with your physician.

Can I use neuLash if I wear contact lenses?
Yes. neuLash is ophthalmologist-tested and found to be safe and non-irritating, making it ideal for contact lens wearers as well.

Can I use neuLash while I have eyelash extensions?
Yes. neuLash is a wonderful blend of nourishing ingredients that is suitable to use while you have eyelash extensions.

Can I use neuLash if I am pregnant or breast-feeding?
We recommend that you discuss use of this product with your physician if you are pregnant or breast-feeding.
