As part of our commitment to customer service, Skin Research Laboratories offers a reasonable return policy. If you are dissatisfied with any product purchased through our website, you may return the item(s) for a refund within 90 days of placing the order.

Please be advised, prior authorization is required on all returns. To receive authorization for a return, please contact Customer Service at customerservice@skinresearchlabs.com. Return acceptance is at the sole discretion of Skin Research Laboratories. Please allow up to two weeks for the return to be processed, at which time a credit or exchange will be made.

If returning an item(s), you must include the following in order to receive a full refund:

1. All products being returned.

2. All print material, including the packing slip.

3. All gifts with purchase associated with the purchase of the items being returned.

Also, to ensure your returns are received by Skin Research Laboratories, please make sure to add insurance to your parcels through your preferred mail delivery service.
