There are no restocking fees, and we will cover the return shipping costs.

  3. Once we have the details, we'll send you a prepaid shipping label via email.
  4. Upon receipt of your return, it will take 1-2 weeks for the refund to be processed. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method for web orders placed on SkinResearchLabs.com. If purchased elsewhere, we will issue the refund via check.
